LOW FAT CHILI CON CARNE
The second recipe on the page has now been added.
Do you like Chili Con Carne but you are worried about how much you eat?
I based this on the fact that all ingredients in this dish are low fat.
And still giving all vitamins you’ll need, so enjoy!
I lost 1,1 kg in three days and I only did eat 1 big plate of chili a day & 3 ltr water.
