NEW in Recipes Eng – NL – FIN


The third recipe on the page has now been added.
Do you like Mixed vegetables with rice and met but you are worried about how much you eat?
I based this on the fact that all ingredients in this dish are low fat just as the recipe with Chili.
And this also gives you all the vitamins you’ll need during the day, so enjoy!
It’s purely balanced with low calories as low fat products.
But remember to drink the 3 ltr water during the day and a big glass during your meal too.
You’ll feeling full and good before you know it.

Mostly I would be training before my meal, so it will be absorbed more to the muscles.
But lost the most weight when I did eat first, and started training an half hour after that.
