RECIPES (Party pizza’s by Aatos Beck)
Unexpected visit or forgotten your own party?

This is my solution with its own recipe.

Two large oven pizzas… within an hour.

What do you need? Ingredients (photo 1)

Oven: 200 ºC (Celsius) or 392 oF (Fahrenheit) Gas: 5 – 6

Dough:
600 gram flour
1.5 mug water
20 g yeast
2 TL salt
20 – 40 gram Margarine or Butter

Discard the flour salt in a bowl or bread machine.
Heat the water very short (lukewarm), mix the yeast in the water.
And throw water and Margarine on the flour and knead or kneading option with the bread machine.
If it starts to form a ball leaves you 10 minutes under a towel rise.
Divide the dough into two and dough for pizzas is ready for use.

Butter oven plate the scale of 30×40 cm (photo 2) and make the dough into a bottom (see photo 3)
Heat the pizza soil now for 5 minutes. (Photo 4)

For filling option 1:
Fill the pizzas beginning with the tomato purée c. 200 ml (picture 5), tuna (picture 6), olives (picture 7) and finally the grated cheese pizza til 100 grams (picture 8).

And do it more than 10 to 12 minutes in the oven (picture 9) and ready for a party (picture 10).

For Filling option 2:
Fill the pizzas (* photo 5) beginning with the Bolognese sauce prepared med all ingredients with the last 100 grams till grated cheese pizza (* photo 6).

And do it more than 10 to 12 minutes in the oven (* photo 7) and ready for a party (* photo 8).

Filling option 1: (tuna pizzas)

1 canned tuna
12 olives (cut into slices)
1 packet of tomato paste 400ml
1 tablespoon herbs Provincials
200 grams of grated cheese

Discard the tin of tuna along with the spices in a bowl and mix it well.
Cut the olives in thin slices.
Rasp the cheese.

Filling option 2: (minced pizzas)

350 grams of minced
1 tablespoon herbs Provincials
1 packet of tomato paste 400ml
200 grams of grated cheese
Little white pepper and salt

Bake minced in a wok so it is all done. Serve the Tomato sauce and discard the herbs through it. Let the sauce simmer about 20 minutes.

p.s. if you make the pizza bottum thinner, you can even make three pizza’s at the same time. (I’m talking with experience)

RECEPTEN (Party pizza’s by Aatos Beck)
Onverwacht bezoek of je eigen feestje vergeten? Dit is mijn oplossing met eigen recept.

Twee grote oven pizza’s binnen één uur.

Wat heb je nodig? Ingrediënten (foto 1)

Ovenstand: 200 ºC (Celsius) of 392 oF (Fahrenheit) Gas: 5 – 6

Deeg:

600 gram bloem
1,5 mok water
20 gram gist
2 tl zout
20 – 40 gram Margarine of Boter

Gooi de bloem het zout in een kom of broodmachine.
Verwarm het water heel kort (lauw) en meng het gist in het water op.
En gooi het water en margarine over de bloem en ga kneden of kneedstand kneden van de broodmachine.

Als het een bol begint te vormen laat je het 10 minuten onder een handdoek rijzen. Deel het deeg in tweën en deeg voor twee pizza’s is klaar voor gebruik.

Beboter de ovenplaat of schaal 30×40 cm (foto 2) en maak het deeg tot een bodem (zie foto 3)

Verwarm de pizza bodem nu voor 5 minuten op. (foto 4)

Voor vullingoptie 1:

Vul de pizza’s beginnend met de tomaten puree ca. 200 ml (foto 5), dan de tonijn (foto 6), olijven (foto 7) en als laatste de geraspte kaas 100 gram á pizza (foto 8).

En doe het dan nog 10 – 12 min in de oven (foto 9) en klaar voor een feestje (foto 10).

Voor vullingoptie 2:

Vul de pizza’s (*foto 5) beginnend met de bolognese saus bereid med alle ingrediënten met als laatste de geraspte kaas 100 gram á pizza (*foto 6).

En doe het dan nog 10 – 12 min in de oven (*foto 7) en klaar voor een feestje (*foto 8).

Vullingoptie 1: (tonijn pizza’s)

1 blik tonijn
12 olijven (in plakjes gesneden)
1 pakje tomatenpuree 400ml
1 eetlepel Provenciaalse kruiden
200 gram geraspte kaas

Gooi het blikje tonijn samen met de kruiden in een schaaltje en meng dit goed.
Snij de olijven in dunne plakjes.
Rasp de kaas.


Vullingoptie 2: (gehakt pizza’s)

350 gram gehakt
1 eetlepel Provenciaalse kruiden
1 pakje tomatenpuree 400ml
200 gram geraspte kaas
Beetje witte peper en Zout

Bak het gehakt in een wok zodat het allemaal gaar is. Schenk de Tomatenpuree erdoor en gooi de kruiden er doorheen. Laat de saus ongeveer 20 minuten sudderen.

p.s. Als u de pizza bodem dunner maakt, kan je zelfs drie pizza’s op hetzelfde moment maken. (Ik spreek uit ervaring) zie voorbeeld hieronder.

reseptit (FIN)

RESEPTIT (Juhla pitsat by Aatos Beck)

Jos vieraat yllättävät tai haluat juhlistaa iltaasi? Tämä on minun ratkaisu tähän pulmaan.

Kaksi suurta uuni pitsaa tunnin sisällä.

Mitä tarvitset tähän? Ingredientit (kuva 1)

Uunilämpötila: 200 ºC (Celsius) tai 392 oF (Fahrenheit) Kaasu: 5 – 6

Pohja taikina:

600 g jauhoa
1,5 mukillinen vettä
20 g tuorehiivaa
2 tl suolaa
20 – 40 g Margariinia tai voi

Laita jauhot ja suola kulhoon tai leipäkoneeseen.
Lämmitä vesi kädenlämpöiseksi, liuotaen hiivan siihen.
Kaada vesi sekä margariini (kiinteänä tai sulatettuna) jauhon sekaan. Alusta taikina kimmoisaksi käsistä irtoavaksi.
Anna taikinan kohota lämpimässä paikassa peitettynä noin 10 minuuttia.
Jaa taikina kahteen osaan ja pohjataikina pitsoille on valmis käyttöön.

Voitele pelti tai vuoka (kuva 2) Taputtele taikina käsin noin 30 x 40 cm:n kokoiseksi levyksi (kuva 3). Lämmitä pitsapohja n. 5 minuuttia uunissa (kuva 4)

Täyttämis vaihtoehto 1:

Täytä pitsat, aloitat tomaattipureella ca. 200 ml (kuva 5), lisää tonnikala (kuva 6), lisää päälle oliivit (kuva 7) viimeistelet juustoraasteella 100 g pitsaa kohden (kuva 8).

Laita sitten vielä 10 – 12 min uuniin (kuva 9) pitsat on valmiit (kuva 10).


Täyttämis vaihtoehto 2:

Täytä pitsa (*kuva 5) alkaen bolognese kastikkeella (mitä valmistit kaikilla ingredientilla), viimeistelet juustoraasteella 100 g pitsaa kohden (*kuva 6).

Laita sitten vielä 10 – 12 min uuniin (*kuva 7) kaikki on nyt valmista juhlimista varten (*kuva 8).

Täyttämis vaihtoehto 1: (tonnikala)

1 purkki tonnikalaa
12 oliivia (siivuja)
1 purkki tomaattenpureeta 400ml
1 rl provinsiaaliset mausteet (pizza)
200 g juustoraastetta

Laita tonnikala mausteineen kulhoon ja sekoita hyvin.
Siivuita oliivit ohuiksi siivuiksi.
Raasta juusto juustoraasteeksi.


Täyttämis vaihtoehto 2: (jauheliha)

350 g jauhelihaa
1 rl provinsiaaliset mausteet (pizza)
1 purkki tomaattenpureeta 400ml
200 gram geraspte kaas
Vähän valk. Pippuria ja suolaa

Ruskista jauheliha kevyesti. Kaada tomaattipuree ja mausteet sekaan.
Anna kastike miedolla lämmöllä tiheytyä vielä n. 20 minuuttia.
Raasta juusto juustoraasteeksi.

p.s. kun pohja on ohuempi, voit saada kolme pitsaa samaan aikaan. (Puhun kokemuksesta)

LOW FAT CHILI CON CARNE

LOW FAT CHILI CON CARNE (English)

2 Chicken filets (diced, herbed & marinated)
1 canned corn
1 onion (chopped)
1 toe of garlic
1 tablespoon Sambal

250 grams dry brown beans
(8 hours in 1ltr water and then boil for 90 min)

*If you want to make it faster you can also use a can of ready beans.
But the taste will be different & better when prepared with time.

1. Prepare the chicken, garlic and onions.
Let the taste settle a while on a low fire.

2. Putt the softer cooked beans with the chicken and mix them together.

3. Mix the corn & Sambal
Step3 Step3 stir

4. Now you can fire off, put a lid on the prepared con Carne.
Step4

5. Let it simmer for 15 min. And it’s ready.
In this 15 min. you can prepare a simple salad
(Tomato, cucumber, salad, apple vinegar)

VETARME Chili Con Carne (NL)

2 Kip filets (in blokjes gesneden, specerijen, tuinkruiden & gemarineerd)
1 blik mais
1 ui (fijngehakt)
1 teentje knoflook
1 eetlepel Sambal

250 gram droge bruine bonen
(8 uur in 1ltr water en daarna gedurende 90 min koken)

* Als u wilt gebruikers sneller u kunt ook gebruik maken van een blikje bonen klaar.
Maar de smaak zal anders en beter wanneer bereid met de tijd.

1. Bereid de kip, knoflook en uien.
Laat de smaak intrekken en zet het een tijdje op een laag vuur.

2. Doe de zachtere gekookte bonen bij de kip en meng ze samen.

3. Meng de maïs & Sambal

4. Nu kunt u het vuur uitzetten, leg een deksel op de bereide con Carne.

5. Laat het 15 minuten sudderen. En het is klaar.
In deze 15 minuten. U kunt een eenvoudige salade bereiden met
(Tomaten, komkommer, sla, appel azijn)

VÄHÄRASVAINEN Chile Con Carne (SF)

2 broilerin fileet (leikataan kuutiot, mausteet, yrtit ja marinoitua)
1 purkitettu maissi
1 sipuli (hienonnettu)
1 valkosipulin kynsi
1 rkl Sambal

250 grammaa kuivaa pavut
(8 tuntia 1ltr vettä ja sitten Keitetään 90 min)

* Jos haluat valmistaa sitä nopeammin voit käyttää myös valmiita papuja.
Mutta maku on erilainen ja parempi, kun käyttää enemmän aikaa.

1. Valmistetaan kana, valkosipuli ja sipulit.
Anna maku asettua jonkin aikaa, hiljaisella tulella.

2. Laita keitetyt pavut (pehmeämpänä), kanan sekaan ja sekoita ne yhteen.

3. Sekoita maissi & Sambal
Step3 Step3 stir

4. Laita liesi pois päältä, peitä kannella con Carnen päälle.

5. Lämmitä vielä 15 minuuttia miedolla tulella. Ja se on valmis.
Näissä 15 minuuttissa. Voit valmistaa yksinkertaisia salaattiannoksia
(Tomaatteja, kurkkua, salaattia, omena-viinietikka)

Vegetables, meat-rice-wok planet. (Low-fat)

300 grams of lean minced beef + meat-herbs
750 grams of mixed vegetables (frozen) + 2dl water
Large shoot Ketjap Manis
1 tablespoon Sambal
2 mugs rice + 3 mugs water + 1 teaspoon curry

Preparation:

1. Bake the lean minced beef and mix the meat-herbs.
When the meat almost is ready.

2. Mix the vegetables now involved with 2 dl water.
(let it warm up)

3. If it is warm you add a big shoot of Ketjap
Manis.

4. Please let simmer, mix now there Sambal
well throughout.

5. Boil the water for the rice and the rice is done
added to the boil again.

6. Put the pan of rice on a low heat, mix now
1 teaspoon curry through it.

7. When the rice is ready, mix the rice with the vegetables
and meat.

Let it steam for a while (under a lid)
to taste the optimum flavours.

Groenten-vlees-rijst-wok planeet. (Vetarm)

Benodigheden:

300 gram magere rundergehakt + vleeskruiden
750 gram gemengde groenten (diepvries) + 2dl water
Grote scheut Ketjap Manis
1 eetlepel Sambal
2 mokken rijst + 3 mokken water + 1 theelepel curry

Bereiding:

  1. Bak de magere rundergehakt en meng als het
    bijna gaar is de vleeskruiden erbij.

  2. Meng nu de groenten erbij met 2 dl water.
    (laat het nu opwarmen)

  3. Als het warm is doe je de grote scheut Ketjap
    Manis erbij.

  4. Even laten sudderen, meng nu de Sambal er
    goed doorheen.

  5. Kook het water voor de rijst en doe de rijst
    erbij tot het weer kookt.

  6. Zet de rijstpan op een laag vuurtje, meng nu
    1 theelepel curry erbij.

  7. Als de rijst klaar is meng je het door de groenten
    en vlees.


Laat het nu nog even uitstomen onder een deksel om de
smaken optimaal te proeven.

Vihannekset, liha-riisi-wok planeetalla. (Vähärasvainen)



Ainekset:

300 grammaa vähärasvaista jauhelihaa + liha-yrtit
750 grammaa sekaisin kasvikset (pakastettu) + 2dl vettä
Reilu luraus Ketjap manis
1 rkl Sambal
2 mukia riisiä + 3 mukia vettä + 1 tl curry

Valmistelu:

1. Paista vähärasvaisen jauhelihan ja sekoita liha-yrtit
kun liha on lähes valmis.

2. Sekoita vihannekset nyt mukana 2 dl vettä.
(anna sen lämmetä)

3. Jos se on lämmin voit lisätä reilu luraus, Ketjap
Manista sekaan.

4. Anna hautua hetken, sekoita nyt hyvin Sambal sekaan.

5. Keitä riisi veden ja lisää riisi.
Kiehauta kiehuvaksi uudelleen.

6. Laita riisin (kannen kanssa), matalalle lämmölle.
sekoitetaan nyt 1 tl curry mukaan.

7. Kun riisi on valmis, sekoitetaan riisit kasvikset
ja lihan.

Anna höyryttää jonkin aikaa (Kannen alla)
jotta tulet maistamaan maut optimaalisesti.
